After transitioning away from a career in design and into the Fitness Industry in my last year of University, I've had my fair share of physical and mental changes. Feeling inspired by the developments that I made in the 2 years leading up to my graduation, I decided that I was going to pursue the opportunity to do the same for others. Almost 3 years later and I've worked in multiple gyms, had a run of successful Spin and Step classes, taught a number of exclusive Body Blast classes for Sweaty Betty and worked with celebrities teaching Dynamic Reformer Pilates... And that's just the beginning!
As a freelance PT, I am extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to teach and partake in the transformation process of so many people and its something I strive towards everyday. For myself, I practice the same mantra that I preach to my clients, 'finding the balance between carbs and crunches', and coming from a self-professed Carb Monster, I know that it can be challenging. In 2017, I lost 10kg through consistent but varied exercise and a re-evaluation of my eating habits. I stand now, a healthier, fitter and more determined person with the drive to help others do the same. I'm hoping you'll feel inspired to take the ride with me!
